Anti-trust Laws allow for Utilities to be a legal Monopoly because of the privatization of them.

A safe play - for now. Fakonomy's anti-trust laws will eventually ensure a competitor for Water Works, and this will cut the market share by at least 30%

Company Description

Water Works is fakonomy's water monopoly - it has no competitors.  It used to be a crown corporation, but was privatized in 2001.  Strict government regulations dictate the price of the water it charges to consumers.

Demand for water is very stable, however it's inability to raise prices quickly can be devastating if its costs start to rise too quickly.  But still, it's a very conservative play.

When asked if the company is losing market share to bottled water companies, President Brent responded: "What the hell kind of question is that, who in the name of god takes showers with bottled water?"
